Duane Pfister

Duane Pfister is responsible for overseeing all company facilities and personnel security measures, including all security details of classified programs supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DOD). He also supports the processing of clearances for multiple agencies and ensures company adherence to federal security regulations, policies, and procedures.

Pfister was instrumental in supporting the stand up and Build out of the MFGS, Inc. facility, as well as working with multiple government customers and the MFGS, Inc. contracts department to assist the transfer of classified contracts and employee clearances.

Pfister has nearly 25 years of government contracting experience, working with companies like Lockheed Martin, ManTech, SpecTal, SIG, Triple, Canopy, and Constellis Group. Pfister has overseen security management, badging, physical security, and program security.

He holds certifications in the following areas: security specialist, terrestrial COMSEC management, industrial special security administration, adjudicator course, and a facility security officer certification.

Prior to his corporate career, Pfister served as a security specialist in the United States Air Force. He attended Northern Virginia Community College where he pursued a degree in criminal justice. He currently lives in Virginia with his family and enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding ATVs.
